RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange or refund. Items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. All items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories. Please note, refunds and credits will be issued for the full cost of the item plus any taxes, if applicable. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Instructions for All Returns:
Please contact our Customer Service department by email at info@theartoftheicon.com or by calling (833) 215-6032, for a return authorization number and return your merchandise to us within 30 days of the date printed on your order packing slip. When sending an item back to us, please be sure to complete and return the back page of the original packing slip.

Defective or Damaged Items:
Please keep the original shipping container and packing material, this may be required for insurance claims. Please contact us before sending back the damaged item.
International Returns and Exchanges:
Customers ordering internationally will also be responsible for any associated duties/taxes/tariffs. If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply.
The Art of the Icon is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. All items must be in new, unused and resell-able condition. Exchanges will be credited for the purchase price of the returned item.
