How do I know I am buying a genuine Icon?

Each and every one of our Icons comes with a certificate of Authenticity and is hand made by hagiographers in the same tradition as Byzantine Icons.

Where are the Icons made?

Our Icons are made in Greece by experienced iconographers.

Can I order a special saint or biblical event?

Yes! Just let us know what saint or event you are looking for and we can have a special order done.

How long do the icons last?

Our Icons being made of the finest quality woods, paint, and metals can last forever if properly taken care of.

What Intrinsic value do Icons have?

Our icons have lasting intrinsic value as they are made of the finest materials made by hand in keeping with Byzantine standards of being a genuine Icon

Can I get my Icon or jewelry gift wrapped and shipped as a gift?

Absolutely, we have boxes and gift wrapping for all occasions and would be more than happy to offer that.

Do the Icons come in Gift boxes?

Yes. Each and every one of our Icons comes in a beautiful box and is carefully packed and shipped.

How can I get a free gift with purchase?

If your order is over $100, we will ship for free and include a free Christion Icon bookmark (while supplies last) with your purchase!

Does your jewelry come in boxes?

Every piece over the price of $20 comes in a gift box any items under this price comes in a plastic zip lock bag. There would be a $1 charge for a gift box for items under $20, unless the Gift Wrap is chosen.

How long does it take order to ship and where are they shipped from?

All of our orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA, USA. Products tagged with “Fast Delivery” means they are in USA stock, you can choose a UPS shipping method and delivery will be made quickly. We do not stock all products that are on the website due business logistics. For example, icons we stock the most popular themes and sizes, if the product is marked with “Fast Delivery” tag this means it is in USA stock, if it is not tagged please allow 2-4 weeks delivery. Out of stock items means the item is not currently available. Thank you

Can I get a discount for bulk purchases?

We do offer discounts for purchases over $100. If you want to purchase for a shop or church, we do offer wholesale. Connect with us and we will have a representative contact you. Look for our Wholesale sign up or contact us options.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America. We ship from Atlanta using UPS.

What is your Return/Refund policy?

Our return + refund policy offers a refund within two weeks of purchase if the item is returned in the condition in which it was shipped and received in.
