Born to a wealthy pagan family, this exceptional beauty’s father built a tower to hide her from the eyes of strangers. As she started to learn about the teaching of Jesus, she fled to get away from her family.

Her father, after hearing of this, chased after her with a sword. She managed to conceal herself in a cave, however, she was discovered by her father who beat her mercilessly. She was beaten for four days refusing to denounce Christ.

God did take his revenge on her father by striking her father dead with a bolt of lightning.
